Level 6 of the 7 Levels of Delegation focuses on checking results. At this stage, the delegator has empowered the team member to complete a task or project but requires regular updates on progress and outcomes. The delegator sets specific expectations and performance indicators, and the team member is responsible for reporting back on their results. This level helps to ensure accountability while still allowing for autonomy in how the task is completed. It strikes a balance between oversight and independence, enabling effective collaboration and communication between the delegator and the delegatee.
