This course explains, in plain language and without hype, what AI is, how it learns and where it already shows up in your phone, in banking, on social media, in translation and in healthcare. You will discover what AI does well, where it fails and how it can change your work, based on international references such as the OECD AI Principles and the UNESCO Recommendation on the Ethics of AI. With practical examples from several sectors, interactive activities and a personal plan to get started. No technical knowledge needed — just curiosity. The course is delivered in Portuguese.
