A service station stores thousands of litres of fuel beneath its forecourt and serves hundreds of customers every day. This theory course shows how to run it safely: the equipment and hazardous areas, the dangers of petrol vapours and static electricity, the safe sequence for receiving and unloading the road tanker (dip, confirm the product, earth, monitor, check and know when to refuse), the rules for safe refuelling, daily tank reconciliation, signs of leaks and cash control, and the response to spills, fires and other emergencies, with decision scenarios. Aligned with the Energy Institute/APEA "Blue Book" and NFPA 30A. It does not replace certified practical training, including firefighting training, nor the operator's or distributor's authorisation to receive deliveries. The course is delivered in Portuguese.
