In this advanced course you follow Oceânica Petróleo, a fictitious operator with several offshore fields and a supply base, and learn to reduce the cost of the upstream supply chain without compromising safety. You will identify the cost drivers (rigs, vessels, helicopters, well services, non-productive time), understand integrated activity planning and its levels, link the activity plan to materials planning, assess resource sharing between operators, optimise marine and aviation transport and design a sustainable cost reduction programme. With case studies, decision scenarios, Excel exercises and downloadable templates. Designed for supply chain and operations managers. The course is delivered in Portuguese.
