Every organisation has a culture, whether it has designed it or not: it decides what people do when nobody is watching, whether they say what they think, whether they collaborate, whether they stay or leave. In this advanced course you will learn to understand and diagnose an organisation's culture from several sources, to measure and interpret climate and engagement over time (including the engagement index and eNPS), to design the employee journey with personas and moments that matter, to build a retention plan based on the real causes of departures and to evolve the culture consistently, with leadership by example and aligned HR processes. With an integrated case at a fictitious bank, interactive images, decision scenarios, a survey analysis in Excel and downloadable templates. Designed for human resources directors and senior managers. The course is delivered in Portuguese.
