On the page of a course of a level included in your plan, click \u201cUse 1 credit\u201d and the course is added to \u201cMy courses\u201d at once. The Executive plan has no limit: click \u201cAdd to my courses\u201d.<\/p><\/details><details><summary>What happens when the plan ends?<\/summary><p>The courses you added with the plan stay open while the plan is active. If you renew before the end date, they stay open, you get new credits for another 12 months and your unused credits carry over to the new period, up to 20% of the quota (4 on Essential, 12 on Professional), valid for that period only. If you renew after the end (within 30 days), the plan courses open again but unused credits do not carry over. If you do not renew, access to those courses ends, but your certificates and completed-course records are yours forever. Courses bought individually never expire.<\/p><\/details><details><summary>Can I move to a higher plan?<\/summary><p>Yes, at any time. You only pay the difference between the annual prices (on a quarterly plan, the difference pro rata to the time left); your renewal date stays the same and the credits already used count toward the new quota.<\/p><\/details><details><summary>How do I pay?<\/summary><p>By bank transfer. When you confirm the order you receive a payment code (the order number), which you write in the transfer reference. The plan is activated as soon as we confirm the payment (usually 1\u20132 business days).<\/p><\/details><details><summary>Does the welcome course count?<\/summary><p>No. The welcome course is included with your account and uses no credits. Courses you have already bought remain yours, with no time limit.<\/p><\/details><details><summary>What is priority support?<\/summary><p>On the Professional and Executive plans, your messages to our team (My account \u2192 Messages) go to the front of the queue and are answered within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, Luanda time). Executive members have the highest priority.<\/p><\/details><details><summary>Which resources can I download?<\/summary><p>On the Professional and Executive plans you can use the Resource library (My account \u2192 Resource library): every template, checklist and document (PDF, Excel and Word) of the published courses, by field, even for courses you have not taken. Otherwise you download the documents of the courses you have.<\/p><\/details><details><summary>What is in the monthly report?<\/summary><p>On the Executive plan you receive by email, on the 1st of each month, a PDF report of the previous month: courses in progress and completed, scores, study hours, certificates, level, league and three suggested next courses. You can also download the report for the current month in \u201cMy plan\u201d.<\/p><\/details><details><summary>Can I buy a course I added with my plan?<\/summary><p>Yes. If you buy a course you added with a credit, the course becomes yours forever and, if you added it in the current plan period, the credit goes back to your plan.<\/p><\/details><\/section><\/div>",
