Digitalising procurement promises faster processes, reliable data and teams freed up for strategic work, but many projects end up as expensive systems that nobody uses. In this advanced course you follow Joana, procurement digital transformation programme manager at Horizonte Serviços, a fictitious services company operating in several countries. You will describe the source-to-pay solution architecture, use e-sourcing and e-procurement tools, build a reliable spend analysis from data from several sources, identify processes to automate while keeping internal control, assess artificial intelligence use cases and their risks, and draw up a transformation roadmap with a business case, solution selection and change management. Aligned, as an introduction, with references such as the OECD AI Principles and ISO/IEC 42001. With step-by-step simulations, Excel exercises with model answers, decision scenarios, knowledge checks in every module and downloadable templates. The course is delivered in Portuguese.
