A practical course on equality, diversity and inclusion for all staff and managers. A full unit on EDI at work is followed by stereotyping and prejudice, a full unit on unconscious bias, organisational culture and inclusivity. The course ends with what neurodiversity is and a full unit on managing neurodiverse staff. Units combine videos, scenarios and downloadable resources with a quiz at the end of each unit.
