Courses

Short units on the ergonomic workspace: an introduction to ergonomics, correct posture whilst sitting, adjusting your chair, preventing repetitive strain injury (RSI) and reducing eye strain, followed by a fuller unit on an ergonomic workspace for health and productivity with display screen equipment (DSE). The course ends with the art of lifting and a full Manual Handling unit on safe lifting and handling. Each unit ends with a quiz.
