With realistic examples that apply in any country, you will learn to spot fake senders, dangerous links, fake invoices and CEO fraud, and know exactly what to do with a suspicious message — or after you have already clicked. Aligned with international good practice for information security awareness (ISO/IEC 27002 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework). Less than two hours that protect your company, your colleagues and your own family. The course is delivered in Portuguese.

What you will learn

• Explain how attackers use social engineering to manipulate people through triggers such as urgency, authority and curiosity.
• Tell apart phishing, spear phishing, smishing, vishing and WhatsApp scams.
• Identify the warning signs of a fraudulent message: sender, links, attachments, errors and unusual requests.
• Recognise CEO fraud and fake invoice or changed supplier bank details schemes.
• Respond correctly to a suspicious message: don't click, verify through another channel and report it.
• Take the immediate response steps after clicking a link or giving data to an attacker.
