A single click can bring a whole company to a standstill. In this mandatory annual course you will understand why every employee is a target for cyberattacks, create strong passwords, turn on multi-factor authentication, protect your computer, phone and internet connections, and know exactly what to do when something looks wrong. Built on international references (ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and NIST SP 800-63B password guidance), with everyday examples from offices, warehouses, shops and building sites, interactive scenarios and a quick guide to download, you will be ready to be your organisation's first line of defence. The course is delivered in Portuguese.

What you will learn

• Explain why every employee, whatever their role, is a target for cyberattacks.
• Create strong passwords and passphrases, and use a password manager and multi-factor authentication.
• Protect computers, phones and network connections with updates, antivirus, screen locking and care with public Wi-Fi and USB devices.
• Recognise the signs of a security incident and report it correctly without making things worse.
