The second of two Finance for Non-Finance courses, on managing money day to day: cost behaviour, how everyday decisions affect profit and cash flow, putting together and managing a budget, reviewing and controlling costs, variance analysis and reforecasting, cash flow, financial forecasting with a longer unit on forecasting and budgeting strategies, finance and funding, and using data analysis for financial decisions. Units combine short videos with a quiz and downloadable resources. Based on UK best practice. Course in English. Permanent access to the course.
