The first of two project management courses, for people who run projects without being full-time project managers: what to do when you are given a project, the key characteristics of all projects, the phases of a project and its life cycle, project initiation, setting goals and objectives, managing stakeholders, building a good project team, project planning, what goes into a project plan and the main planning tools. Each unit combines a short video with a quick quiz and downloadable resources such as an action plan, a cheat sheet and session notes. Based on UK best practice. Course in English.
