The second of two project management courses, on delivering the plan: estimating work, managing resources, allocating tasks with the BALM method, project budgeting, critical path analysis, managing project risks, execution and control, tracking progress, running an effective project, implementing operational plans, simple techniques, making the project happen and project closure. Each unit combines a short video with a quick quiz and downloadable resources such as an action plan, a cheat sheet and session notes. Based on UK best practice. Course in English. Permanent access to the course. Trident Academy certificate on completion of all thirteen units.
