Plans

Each plan gives you a number of courses per year. On the page of a course of a level included in your plan, click “Use 1 credit” and the course is added to “My courses” at once. The Executive plan has no limit: click “Add to my courses”.

The courses you added with the plan stay open while the plan is active. If you renew before the end date, they stay open, you get new credits for another 12 months and your unused credits carry over to the new period, up to 20% of the quota (2 on Essential, 6 on Professional), valid for that period only. If you renew after the end (within 30 days), the plan courses open again but unused credits do not carry over. If you do not renew, access to those courses ends, but your certificates and completed-course records are yours forever. Courses bought individually never expire.

Yes, at any time. You only pay the difference between the annual prices; your renewal date stays the same and the credits already used count toward the new quota.

By bank transfer. When you confirm the order you receive a payment code (the order number), which you write in the transfer reference. The plan is activated as soon as we confirm the payment (usually 1–2 business days).

No. The welcome course is free for everyone and uses no credits. Courses you have already bought remain yours, with no time limit.

On the Professional and Executive plans, your messages to our team (My account → Messages) go to the front of the queue and are answered within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, Luanda time). Executive members have the highest priority.

On the Professional and Executive plans you can use the Resource library (My account → Resource library): every template, checklist and document (PDF, Excel and Word) of the published courses, by field, even for courses you have not taken. Otherwise you download the documents of the courses you have.

On the Executive plan you receive by email, on the 1st of each month, a PDF report of the previous month: courses in progress and completed, scores, study hours, certificates, level, league and three suggested next courses. You can also download the report for the current month in “My plan”.

Yes. If you buy a course you added with a credit, the course becomes yours forever and, if you added it in the current plan period, the credit goes back to your plan.
