At two in the morning, there is a fire in a loading bay, an injured driver and a video on social media. What is written in the plan, what has been trained and who decides makes all the difference. In this advanced course you learn to prepare the organisation for emergencies and crises from end to end: turn risks into credible scenarios (fire, explosion, gas leak, spill, multiple casualties, extreme weather, security, epidemic) and define response levels, draw up an emergency plan coordinated with the fire service, hospitals, authorities and neighbours, including medical evacuation from remote locations, organise incident command and control, plan and evaluate exercises, manage the crisis and communication with families, employees, the media and social networks, and link the response to business continuity, recovery and psychological support. Aligned with ISO 45001 (8.2), with ISO 22320 and ISO 22301 as references. Continuous case at a fictitious fuel terminal. It does not replace the practical training of response teams. The course is delivered in Portuguese.
