How many problems at work start with a misunderstood message? In this practical course you will learn how communication works, what the most common barriers are and how to overcome them. Practise active listening, discover the difference between passive, aggressive and assertive behaviour, and learn to use I-messages to say what you think without hurting anyone. You will also explore body language, tone of voice and intercultural communication in multinational, multilingual teams, based on recognised models and real everyday situations in offices, shops, warehouses and building sites. Communicate better, work better. The course is delivered in Portuguese.
