Category: SKU: RHU-206 Categories: ,

Almost every human resources process depends on knowing precisely what each job involves. In this course, designed for HR officers and managers, you will follow the job analysis at a fictitious logistics company, from gathering information to the job map. Learn to explain how job analysis supports recruitment, job evaluation, training, performance management and safety, and to distinguish job, position and person. Choose and apply information-gathering methods (interviews with the jobholder and the manager, questionnaires, observation, activity logs and critical incidents) and validate the information. Write clear, complete and neutral job descriptions, with the purpose, responsibilities expressed with action verbs, authority, relationships, non-discriminatory requirements, working conditions and risks. Finally, organise jobs into families and levels, with a common naming convention, version control and links to the organisation chart and the HR information system, in a case study. Includes downloadable templates: interview guide, questionnaire, job description template and job map in Excel. The course is delivered in Portuguese.
