In this advanced course you will learn to carry out strategic workforce planning from end to end: link the plan to strategy and budget, segment the workforce and choose the critical segments, analyse and project internal supply, forecast demand from business drivers, with ratios, workload and the effect of automation, calculate gaps and build scenarios with sensitivity analysis, choose the right mix of actions (recruit, develop, redeploy, contractors, reduce as a last resort) and implement the plan with indicators, triggers and periodic review. Aligned with ISO 30409 as a reference. With a running case at a fictitious logistics company and spreadsheet exercises. The course is delivered in Portuguese.
